1. ABTO will allot space/ stalls to Exhibitor (s) on afirst come first served basis.

2. Internal Exam of Diploma in O.T.Technician Ist & IInd Year 2020

3.The balance payment of space/ stall charges shall be made in full by one month before of the Exhibition. In the event payment as aforesaid, ABTO reserves the rightto cancel the booking and the advance paid will stand forfeited.

4. All Cheque / DD's to be made in favour of Association of Buddhist Tour Operators Payments in cheque shall not be treated as having been completed until such time as the cheque is realized in full

5. BEI has the full right to change the venue and date of exhibition without any prior notice.

6. oreign participants should send their scan copy of VISA and passport one month priorto the exhibition starts.

7. If the local administration or local Government authorities do not allow us to allocate the stall/space for foreign participants on the respective exhibitions, in that case BEI will not allow any foreign delegates / participants to take partinthe said exhibition.

8. ABTO will not allow any foreign participation to exhibit any kind of unauthorised or unlawful product or services in the exhibition which is against land of law. If it happens, the penalty will be abide by the foreign participants itself.

9. Ifthe Exhibitor(s) commits any breach of this contract and fails to remedy it promptly on receiving written notice from BEI then BEI may, by a writtennotice, terminate this contracts. Upon termination under this clause or otherwise, Exhibitor will forthwith vacate possession of the same. Exercise of rights under this clause will prejudice any rights or remedies of ABTO

10. ABTO will not be liable for any delays or failure in performance of any of its obligations under, or arising out of the contract, if the delay or the failure results from any of the following : Force majeure, acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, explosion, accidents, riots, strickers, lockouts, band / closures, war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, embargoes of any state of emergency, or any other Govt. Act law, statute ordinance whatsoever which renders it impossible or impractical for BEI and Exhibitor(s) to perform and all previous negotiation, commitments, agreements between parties pertaining to this transaction stands cancelled;

11. Organisers will not be responsible for the provision of stabilized power at the auditorium.
